I am extremely disappointed with the product that came today. I ordered from you because your description says HOLLOW mold. Other hollow molds I have are two parts, a smaller one that inserts into the filled larger one. Once set, you put them together and you have a hollow, fillable piece.

Comparable molds on Amazon, see below, don’t say hollow so I went with you. I called your office. I was told that was the manufacturers description and you were not responsible. I am amazed that you take no responsibility for information that is on your website.

Frankly we do not understand the problem. Hollow candy canoe is made by filling the mold and pouring out a majority of the chocolate leaving a coating on the mold. We carry thousands of candy molds and have never seen any as described by the customer with smaller inserts needed to create the hollow treat. The customer was advised on proper usage.
