Hi Eric,
Thank you for sending the mold that I needed, unfortunately I have to give low stars due to the timing that it took to get the item. I ordered on Tuesday and paid $11.00 and change for 2 day shipping and still did not recieve my item on time for my cake. I assumed I’d have it by Thursday but was very disappointed. I would like to ask for a refund on the shipping simply because your shipping did not meet the 2 day promised that I paid for. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
