great deep tart pan/no longer made	November 5, 2018

I use this pan for meat pies; cook to perfection, releases well like all Fat Daddio pans. Alas it is no longer made by Fat Daddio (as of July 2018) and I can't find a similar deep fluted pan anywhere! Super fast shipping from sweettreatsupply.
