Completely ignored when order was incorrect	March 11, 2023

Wring product delivered. I ordered Milk Chocolate and receieved dark chocolate. I sent an email right away alerting this company of the incorrect item. I even attached a picture of the wrong item delivered. I was never contacted. I followed up again and never got a response. Thos was during the holidays and I was left to scramble. Unfortunately, due to the lack of response I received, I will not support this company again nor will I recommend. Absolutely unprofessional.
