AmeriColor Laurel Green Soft Gel Paste Food Color

Water-based, should not be used in chocolate unless you add Americolor Flo-Coat. Can be used in fudge that is not chocolate. Manufacturer's statement: Every effort has been made to reproduce the gel food color shown, however, the color may vary due to reproduction limitations and your monitor's color settings.

Color was as expected. It did seem like you have to use quite a bit to get a strong green.
