The size of the pan is what I need, and I spent quite some time looking for a pan this size with a removable bottom. But the thickness of the bottom is insufficient to keep the bottom plate from warping, so 3 out of the 4 pans I ordered don't seal well at the bottom, even if I try to bend them back.
