I have used this pan for a single recipe of frosted cheesecake marbled brownies for years as well as my blueberry buckle. Cut the brownies or cake precisely with a pastry scraper and then push the "tray" up and you have clean, "professional" edges for your product. No more digging out the first(and sometimes further) pieces with a spatula. A with other Magic Line Pans, the heavy gauge and straight sides make for an evenly baked product.
