We just started offering our Cold Packaging shipping process, so we would like your feedback. We are seeking suggestions for improving our process. Also, please let us know the condition of your product when it arrived.
We are offering Thermal Packs, Styrofoam Containers, and Thermal Panel Boxes. We will select the option based on your order. Please be sure to order sufficient boxes based on the amount of chocolate purchased.
